How Obsevia handles personal data submitted through this website and public lead forms.

1. Controller

2. What we collect

When you join the pilot, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect your email address, company name, name, phone number, message, and limited technical metadata such as referrer, user agent, and campaign parameters.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your request and contact you about the Obsevia pilot or services.
To send newsletter updates when you explicitly opt in.
To protect our forms against spam and abuse.

4. Legal basis

We process inquiry data under Article 6(1)(b) or 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the context of the request. Newsletter communications rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5. Storage and processors

Lead submissions are stored in Obsevia's Supabase environment hosted at supabase.obsevia.com. Access is restricted to authorized Obsevia personnel. We retain lead information only for as long as needed to evaluate pilot interest, provide requested follow-up, or meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
